home again-trip #2

Post by Guest on Sat 13 Jul 2013, 4:07 pm

well that was an eventful trip--

we seem to have a knack of rolling up to an area just as some one else has got all the big deep nuggets..

lost me tow hitch and it even rained on us--the only cloud in the sky and u wouldn't believe it
yep it opened up on us--briefly but it did rain..

did catch up with a few camels on the run with a mongrel bull chasing up in the rear...if I had enough time I would have put the old bull down--a real mangy, skinny specimen of an animal--definetly had something wrong with him--but he lives to see another day..

will post some pick shortly

oh yeah --we did find some hidden gold.

Ya got gold and thats the main thing. As for ya swag, doesn't matter if ya on the ground or off it, the cold will get into ya old bones.
I've have a simple solution for all you OLD GUYS, get a single bed wool underlay. You will be amazed how well they work.

Sounds like a good idea Cliff, Ray all the nuggets i found were under the winrows of rocks that they make when the scrape, but i had to move the rocks off them first with my pick, 30 years of laying bricks and ya would think my back would be up to the task, not sooooooo
