Damper with baked beans and currants and Tomato sauce

well here it is. another brilliant creation from a master chef   Razz
the baked beans are in it but must of got mashed when I was mixing it but it tastes bloody magic  Very Happy

1 enamel cup full of self raising flour
1 x 220gram tin of Heinz baked beans in Ham sauce ( pour the lot into the flour)
a handfull of currents (no extra salt or sugar is needed)
Mix into doughy consistency. better if you use a small bread loaf tin
when it's almost cooked, spread some Rosella tomato sauce on the top then put back in the oven until the sauce hardens up a bit
Magic, spicey damper and it does taste good.

taste good only if u happened to b p*ssed and u have a fridge in your lounge next to your rocking chair so u can grab a can real fast to wash it down.

I won't be using Heinz though.

SPC are grown in Australia and canned in Australia. If there is a choice, support your fellow workers
