monitors falling of windscreen

Post by Guest on Tue 06 Jan 2015, 7:13 pm

Its bad enough being bloody hot up here at the moment but just about everytime I get in me troopy the god dam suckers holding up the TomTom, Hema and Reverse Camera plus Dash Cam are usually laying ass up on the dash board

So bugger that---I have decided to put a strip of acrylic on my dash as I don't have gauges on the dash so all these things can happily stay sucked in the shade now.

Hopefully this cures my problem otherwise heads will roll.

Hi Phil
Mates have the Hema 7 and swear by it--current up to date maps and an easy system to get yah head around.
Haven't used the Garmin so cant fill yah in.

The Hema I have got is the 5---two models old----got it off a friend but it needs an update and I haven't got the cord, so will try to hunt one down.

the dam things fell of me piece of acrylic so I think I will try to clean both the sucker cups and the strip to see what happens--otherwise out with the silicon tube.
